The Board of Governors will be holding a special meeting on Wednesday, Dec. 14 at 8:30am to approve York’s new Sexual Violence Policy.
The policy has been prepared in response to the Ontario government’s new Sexual Harassment and Violence Action Plan Act and will revise the current Sexual Assault Awareness, Prevention and Response Policy.
It has been developed after extensive community consultation and with the assistance of York University community groups.
